1. Early Access Product
Craftbill is currently in early development. By purchasing early access, you understand that the product is not yet fully built. Features described on the website represent our intended roadmap and may change. We are committed to shipping a working product within 90 days of your purchase.
2. Refund Policy
If Craftbill does not ship a functional product within 90 days of your early access purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us at hello@craftbill.xyz. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion except in the case of the 90-day shipping guarantee.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Craftbill only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent quotes, deceive customers, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all quotes, customer information, and business data you create using Craftbill. We do not claim any rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
5. Service Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep Craftbill available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions during the early access period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Craftbill is provided "as is" during the early access period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The Craftbill name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
